This is how over 50% of our time in the car is spent. During this particular ride we'd only been driving for 7 minutes and I'd already had to stop the car twice to tightened down the straps in his carseat after he managed to wiggle his arms out, and he'd yanked off a shoe which nailed me in the head when he threw it.
Once the car stops and he gets out he's fine. He just hates the car!
