If only we'd known then what an indication of her future personality this was. Less than 12 hours old and holding her own head up. My independent, opinionated child!!!

Yesterday Rebekah and Daddy went out on a "date" for Bek's birthday. They went to Build-A-Bear, where Rebekah quickly chose this kitty. She zoomed through Build-A-Bear making her mind up quickly about all the decisions, not caring to talk with anyone working there, or wanting to spend much time in the store. She just wanted her kitty and that was that! She took kitty to the "Broccoli" soft play area, where kitty Rebekah did all the fun activities there. Rebekah didn't do any of her favorite things, she preferred to allow her kitty to do all the fun activities instead! She loved going to McDonald's afterwards and downed her milkshake in mere minutes-faster than even Daddy can!
Rebekah has blossomed into a lovely little girl; a true joy. I cannot wait to celebrate her birthday with her this morning. I just know 3 is going to be a wonderful year!
