Dinner at Gramma's

We went to dinner at Gramma's house tonight. Gramps wasn't able to be there due to working in Virginia this week and several scheduled meetings today--however when he found out all his children and grandchildren would be eating dinner at his house today, he canceled several things just to get home to see everyone! He arrived just in time to play outside awhile before heading in for dessert. It must be wonderful to come home to 8 grandchildren calling, "Gramps!!!" and running to get hugs and kisses!
It was such a beautiful day today; not usual March weather at all! It was over 70 degrees even at dinner time. We spent much of the evening playing outside.Justin and Miriam- they could be twins!
Michael had a wonderful time walking in the yard. I'm enjoying his new found independence. I was excited to use my "big" camera with both hands!
Gramma says, "Where are you going to put those rocks?" Justin quickly replied, "Right back where they belong!" (The kids know they aren't supposed to take the white rocks from the cracks, but today it was just too tempting.
Gramma bought Easter toys for the kids: squeeze the bottom part and the bunny on top goes shooting off. The kids immediately turned them into weapons--with some encouragement from the Daddies...

Bailey was my buddy tonight--he thought about going home with me, until he realized that "floppy" was going home without him. It was great to get some loving from him-what a sweetie!
