At the Farm

Yesterday we spent the day at G.G.'s house. The weather was gorgeous, almost cool when the wind blew. We spent much of the day outside playing in G.G,'s yard, swinging under the pecan tree, and watching the cows.Michael and G.G, were best buddies:
(yes, I know G.G. should not be carrying Michael like this...YOU try telling her that)

Uncle Donald was clipping the pasture. Michael wanted to see the tractor:He and Bek were a bit scared when they realized just how big the tractor really was so they took cover behind G.G.'s legs.
Look who decided to learn to sit up!
In the afternoon Uncle Donald and Aunt Ginny came to take Miriam, Rebekah, and Michael to "count" the cows. They had the best time riding in the truck and feeding the cows and donkey apples. They also got to meet Aunt Ginny's new kitten, Crazy Daisy, AND got to take turns getting in Uncle Donald's tractor. (sorry no pictures because this is a "kids only" activity- the kids are quick to let us know that Mommy and Daddy are not welcome to come!)
Later after we ate dinner together the girls wanted to show Aunt Ginny how they can read.
