This thing weighs 190lbs but Rob was just stubborn enough to attempt to hang it by himself. Peyton helped on the ladder from the wrap to hook the chain while Rob worked on his first hernia. Needless to say Land men are stubborn and up it went.
Now Rob can work out some at home too.
The kids like it too. When they fight I might just send them out there to take their frustrations out on the bag instead of each other.
