Keva Planks and other stuff

On Mother's Day I raided our gift closet and broke out the box of Keva Planks- it was rainy outside, but we wanted something fun to do together as a family. When the website said they were fun for the whole family it was not joking- Rob's addicted too! We had such a good time that we totally missed our favorite show (America's Funniest Videos) and didn't even start cooking dinner until 8pm! I took some pictures today of Rob and the kids building a tower- they almost used all 400 of the planks before it accidentally got knocked over.

Michael has decided that he loves Rebekah. They cuddle, hug, kiss, and play ring around the rosie. Poor Miriam says, "Michael used to love to do that with me." But Michael only wants to play with Rebekah-and they used to be so mean to each other! I caught them cuddling and kissing on the couch this evening.

Michael's been saying a lot of new words this week:

• Shoes! - anytime he hears the garage or sliding door he yells "Shoes!" and runs for the closet to get his shoes so he can go out too.
• Sis-see (Miriam)
• Kah-Kah (Rebekah)
• Ball
• Unt Down (want down)
• Nursee (Nursee)
• Tan Too (thank you)
• Es Am (Yes Ma'am)
• Es Ir (Yes Sir)
