Pottery Painting

Today we went to MegArt to finish up "my" Christmas present (a butterfly cookie plate). The children had so much fun painting the wooden table with water. They didn't want to leave; even to go to the mall to play in the soft play area! Who would have known, painting with water is the hit of the day...we could have done that at home!! Miriam also happily free painted on the back of my cookie plate. Rebekah thought water painting was much more fun than using paints! I think I'll be taking them on the porch with water buckets and brushes this Spring.

We also got Miriam and Michael's hair cut at the mall afterwards. I'll post pictures of their haircuts tomorrow. My camera battery ran out and I couldn't get any pictures.
