Miriam, Rebekah and I made cookies for Thanksgiving last week. Both of the girls love to help cook. They really enjoyed rolling out the cookies and using the cookie cutters. We were supposed to make pumpkins and turkeys, however as soon as the girls saw all the cookie cutters in the drawer hearts, stars and cats were quickly added to the list of cutters to use.
Miriam loved decorating the cookies with the colored icings, but she had lots of trouble keeping her fingers out of her mouth after using the yummy icing.
Rebekah didn't like the icing and chose not to do any decorating of cookies. She preferred to just eat the plain cookies while sister decorated.
