Haircuts

Here are the haircut "after" pictures, as promised:
Michael cried a little at first while the lady cut his hair, mostly because Rebekah was crying beside the chair. I think she was afraid for him and worried she was next. Once she stopped he realized that he enjoys having his hair brushed. He sat happily for the rest of the cut. Rebekah helped to keep him entertained by playing peek-a-boo and making faces at him. It's not a lot shorter than it was, but there is no more "comb over" and is shorter over his ears and neck. It seems he has his Daddy's curly Q cowlick in the back. It sticks straight up easily back there.

Miriam was so excited to get her hair cut again. The lady who cut her hair was very fun. She had Miriam hold a comb under her chin to help her hold her head down and straight. Miriam talked her ear off the whole time, but happily followed all directions. She is very proud of her new haircut. It is a bit shorter than I would have liked, but this way it can grow out longer before needing to go get another cut.
